Be able to show an interest in and curiosity for bugs and creepy crawlies is essential, even if they are your biggest fear on earth is a bonus.
You must be prepared to have a lot of fun in the workplace. Laughter is something you can expect to engage in for a large part of your working day.
Must be able to work as part of a small team of adults while juggling children's wishes
The ability to be a safety hero is a must
A willingness to undertake train, keep up to date with policies and procedures is essential.

The ideal applicant:

Must have a full and relevant Level 3 in child care

Must have at least 1 year of experience in a child care setting

Have a strong understanding of the early years foundation stage welfare requirement

Have a in depth knowledge of children’s child development

Have some knowledge of health and safety
