An exciting opportunity has arisen within the MiChild group. 

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated room leader to work in our Stepping Stones nursery, in Stockport.

About the room leader position

An amazing opportunity has arisen within the MiChild group, we are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as a room leader to work in our Stepping Stones nursery, in Stockport.

If you are highly motivated flexible, experienced in working in early years and have a genuine passion for working with children then this is the role for you.

Room leader requirements are:

• Must be Level 3 qualified
• Have a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families
• Extensive knowledge of Safeguarding
• Experience of working in partnership with parents and outside agencies.
• Managing and leading a team
• Previous room supervisor expensive
• Enthusiasm, professionalism and creativity

Experience

• Childcare: 2 years (preferred)

Salary 

From £11.10 per hour (negotiable depending on experience.)
