Nursery Manager

Nursery Manager required at newly owned Longlevens Nursery.

Little Lambs Longlevens is seeking a Nursery Manager who is passionate about Early Years and delivering excellent standards of childcare and education to all of the little ones within our amazing setting to work along our Senior Nursery Manager.

We are looking for an inspirational leader with at least 2 years’ experience in a leadership or managerial role in the childcare sector to come and join our fantastic nursery, we are offering an excellent working environment and great career development and progression!

The role is supernumerary and predominately based on the nursery floor, supporting, role modelling and maintaining high standards within the nursery team. The manager will also take on the role of Special Educational Needs so experience within this area is essential. A full job description can be sent on interest / application.

• We need someone with previous experience of managing a team
• Someone dedicated, enjoys a challenge, with a strong passion for working with children
• Someone to manage the day-to-day running of the setting.
• Someone to lead and support our lovely team of staff and ensure all legal and statutory requirements are fulfilled.
• Experience and sound knowledge of SENCO.
• And most of all become a fundamental part of our team all working towards giving our children the highest standard of care and education.

The minimum qualification requirement for this post is a full and relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and at least 5 years’ experience working in a nursery environment. An enhanced DBS and 2 references will be required for this position.
