Nursery Practitioner

We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner. As part of Monkey Puzzle Tatsfield you will be joining our caring, welcoming and supportive team. We would like you to through play; teach, inspire and have fun with the children. Our compassionate and experienced management team, will be there to listen and support you with the role, whether you are newly qualified or an experienced Early Years Practitioner.

To be considered for the Early Years Practitioner role you must have:

• A full and relevant Level 2 or 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare
• Excellent knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to use your own initiative
• Your passion to be shown in your day-to-day interaction with children

On a daily basis, you will be working together as a team to create fun-filled days for the children and yourselves. You will also be in control of deciding what resources you want to spend your budget on and taking ownership of the room and it’s layout in order to create some memorable days together.

• The successful candidate will be required to undertake online safeguarding training and all positions are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and satisfactory employment references.

* The welcome bonus will be paid in two instalments. £150 will be paid in the first full salary payment after joining, then the balance of £350 upon completion of probation (6 months, unless extended). The welcome bonus will be subject to normal Tax & NI deductions.
