We are looking for qualified to level 2/3 or above for this role. The candidate MUST have a passion for the early years and will need to have previous key carer experience. Candidates will step into a dynamic, enthusiastic team that has a wealth of knowledge and experience that can support the development of current practice and extend the candidates continuous professional development further to the highest of standards. The Planning in the Moment approach will be adopted, full training will be provided ahead of stepping into the classroom.
