Nursery Practitioner

We are looking for a confident and experienced Level 3 practitioner to join our team. We offer a joining bonus which will be given following the successful completion of the probation period.

We have a very low staff turn over with many of our team who have been working with us for over 5 years as we are very passionate about ensuring the team are happy and well looked after. Basic responsibilities are as follows but a full job description will be available during the interview:

- Provide high quality care and education for the children.

- To keep knowledge of childcare up to date such as safeguarding, childcare practice and first aid

- Meet all Ofsted requirements and internal policies.

- Parent partnership

- Take pride in your work space keeping the room tidy and organised. Some cleaning is a part of the job description however we do have cleaners who clean each evening.

- To work as a team to ensure the best start for every child and that we as professions continue to develop in our roles.
