Things you need to know –

• Our nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all colleagues to share this commitment.
• The successful candidate will be required to undertake online safeguarding training and all positions are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and satisfactory employment references.

* The welcome bonus will be paid in two instalments. £150 will be paid in the first full salary payment after joining, then the balance of £350 upon completion of probation (6 months, unless extended). The welcome bonus will be subject to normal Tax & NI deductions.

I love the people that I work with. The children also fill my heart with happiness as I enjoy planning events and activities. I have done Paediatric First Aid training, as well as other key courses such as FGM, Safeguarding etc. I work in a room supported by the Room Leader and other qualified practitioners who have helped me gain experience whilst on the job. Early Years is so rewarding as you see the children that you support daily, grow and develop as their individual characters begin to flourish. Your aim is to care and build those secure attachment with your children, build relationships with parents and ensure each child is happy, safe, and having fun whilst learning.
