Due to an increase in demand, our outstanding Bingham nursery is filling up fast, therefore we need both Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners (Nursery Nurse). We care about our staff as much as we care about our children. We aspire to grow our nursery and our staff will grow with it.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner (Nursery Nurse).

You will be responsible for making sure that all children remain safe and that their welfare is promoted. You will also take on the role of key person for a group of children, and, through effective observations, assessment and planning, supporting their rapid progress towards the Early Learning Goals. In return offer excellent on-going training and progression and you will be part of a team who are really dedicated to their work within early years.

We are ideally looking for full time 38 hours a week (4 days)  Other shifts may also be available.

You must hold a recognised Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of caring for children aged 0-5
  • Experience as a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner (Nursery Nurse)
  • An understanding of how children learn
  • A passion to provide high quality childcare
  • A positive approach to your own professional development
  • Good written and verbal skills - for report writing
