Skills / Qualifications:
- Inspiring?and passionate about coaching
- developing and leading teams of enthusiastic child-focused educators
- Exceptional ability and desire to lead delivery of first class child and customer experiences
- A committed?and can-do problem solver
- Hold a NVQ in Early Years Childcare Level 3 or above?with a minimum of 5 years Early Years’ experience
- Can pass an Enhanced DBS check?with flying colours
