Nursery Practitioner

We're looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 or Above Childcare Star to join the Smiles Nurseries Team! Smiles Nurseries offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, and the opportunity to work with a passionate, welcoming team!

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Effectively delivering the EYFS, ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in our setting are met
• Keeping records of your key children’s development and learning
• Supporting all staff and engaging in a positive staff team
• Developing and maintaining a strong partnership with parents/carers
• Ensuring the provision of a high-quality environment that meets the needs of each individual child, while having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures and medical histories.
• Flexibility within working practices of the setting, undertaking other duties where needed, such as domestic tasks, preparation of snack meals, cleansing of equipment, etc.
