Job Type: Permanent Full-time and Part-time available
We are looking for dedicated and passionate Nursery
Practitioners to join our vibrant team! If you are passionate

Key Responsibilities:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality
EYFS provision for children aged 0-5.
- Create a nurturing, supportive environment with positive behaviour
management strategies that promote children's social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with the nursery team to deliver EYFS-aligned learning
activities, ensuring every child’s holistic development.
- Work under the guidance of the Lead Nursery Practitioner and
Nursery Manager to maintain high standards of care and education.
Curricular Duties:
- Deliver age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS framework to
meet each child’s individual needs.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments of children's
progress, maintaining detailed records.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing updates
on children’s developmental milestones.
- Support children’s independence and self-confidence, using
play-based and interactive approaches to engage curiosity and learning.
- Foster a safe, inclusive environment that encourages positive
behaviours and motivates children to learn.
Key Skills & Qualities:
- Passion for early years education and working with children aged 0-5.
- Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with
parents, carers, and team members.
- A nurturing approach and the ability to adapt to the individual
needs of each child.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Awareness of SEND and ability to implement best practices to
support children with additional needs.
Additional Responsibilities:

- Actively participate in team meetings and nursery-wide activities.
