Pre-School Room Leader - 3- 5 Years old 

Salary - £28,080 per annum 

Hours 40 hours a week.

The New Barnet Day Nursery & Pre-school, which is located in lovely grounds, is looking to hire a Pre-School Room Leader. As a nursery practitioner, you will be joining a nursery with big plans, where the staff is secure, content, and passionate about giving the children in our care incredible experiences. This is an excellent chance for a committed, motivated Pre-School Room Leader who can collaborate closely with a developing team. You should be calm and accessible, with excellent communication skills.

An experienced nursery room leader seeking an exciting career opportunity who has worked with children ages 3-5 years in a similar setting in the past would be a good fit for this role.

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will need:

• Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential
• Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years - Essential
• Over 6 months’ experience working in a senior position - Desirable
• Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
• Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential
• Fluent in written and spoken English - Essential
