We are recruiting highly motivated and passionate Early Years Practitioners to join our growing teams across North Somerset, Somerset and Mid-Devon!

- Providing opportunities for children to learn through play experiences that are cohesive with our practice and the EYFS, utilising the outdoors as much as possible.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Hold a level 2 qualification or above relevant childcare qualification.
- First Aid qualification or a willingness to learn.
- Working knowledge of health and safety and safe-guarding best practice.
- Experience of working with children under the the age of 5 years.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills and the ability to maintain clear and accurate records.
- Possess a belief in the value and potential of children and young people as individuals and as a group.
- Possess a natural empathy and passion for working with children.
- Team player but also able to work on own initiative. Self-motivated and flexible.
- Ability to provide emotional and social support whilst promoting learning and respect.
- Willingness to learn and accept leadership and mentoring input.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
- Commitment to providing a high standard of customer care.
- Flexible attitude and willing to adapt to new challenges.
