We are recruiting highly motivated and passionate Early Years Practitioners to join our growing teams across North Somerset, Somerset and Mid-Devon!

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Hold a level 2 qualification or above relevant childcare qualification.
  • First Aid qualification or a willingness to learn.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety and safe-guarding best practice.
  • Experience of working with children under the the age of 5 years.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills and the ability to maintain clear and accurate records.
  • Possess a belief in the value and potential of children and young people as individuals and as a group.
  • Possess a natural empathy and passion for working with children.
  • Team player but also able to work on own initiative. Self-motivated and flexible.
  • Ability to provide emotional and social support whilst promoting learning and respect.
  • Willingness to learn and accept leadership and mentoring input.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
  • Commitment to providing a high standard of customer care.
  • Flexible attitude and willing to adapt to new challenges.
