Skills / Qualifications:
- At least two years’ proven experience of working in an early year’s care and education setting or at least two years’ other suitable experience Level 5 early years education and childcare qualification or Montessori equivalent
- and a commitment to obtaining further training and professional development. Level 4/5 early years management qualification Ability to prepare the setting for inspections to achieve and maintain at least a good-outstanding Ofsted rating. Ability to ensure the Montessori philosophy is maintained and upheld by all staff through regular training
