We are looking for experienced practitioners who love working with children, who want to make nursery days fabulous for the children and who want to work outdoors as much as possible with the children, this position is both challenging and rewarding and does require hardworking, passion, determination and out the box thinkers.

Candidates should have;-
Relevant qualifications of HNC or SVQ 3
Registration of SSSC and PVG is a must
Experience working in a childcare setting,
Knowledge and experience in implementing pre-birth to three/CFE must be able to observe plan and track children' s learning and development.
Be able to adapt their practice to work with children between the ages of 0 to 5 years.
Good communication skills are essential.
To be able to carry out the role of a key worker to a group of children meeting group and individual needs.
To liaise with parents and carers on a daily basis.
Our role as Early Years Practitioner will include:
Provide high standards of quality within the nursery including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children,
Observe, support and extend children's learning.
Plan appropriately for children using the curriculum of excellence/ pre-birth to three.
Good knowledge and understanding ‘Building the ambition’ and ‘Girfec’
Maintain accurate and effective children’s records.
Work in partnership with parents/carers and other family members.
Demonstrate good practice with regard to special needs and inclusion.
Ensure that children are kept safe and that staff understand, and when necessary follow, Safeguarding Procedures.
Be a Key Person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families.
Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Work as a team with other staff members.
