MONKEY PUZZLE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING AT OUR EAST FINCHLEY NURSERY!

We have a variety of fun roles available ranging from qualified Room Leaders to casual unqualified flexible hours positions. Here at Monkey Puzzle, we aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment for both children and staff. We take our staff welfare and development very seriously and are fortunate enough to have several support staff to help the team including a Staff Development and Wellbeing Manager.  Our mission is to teach respect, tolerance, social justice, empathy and kindness through all interactions and role modelling in a home from home environment.

Our team is caring and works hard whilst playing hard and having fun.  We strive to make the working environment a fun and inspiring place to be, we want you to look forward to coming to work.  We are very lucky to have some amazing outdoor play spaces, including 2 gardens and access to a park next door, where we operate Forest School daily.  So, you can be sure to get your recommended daily intake of Vitamin D and boost those serotonin levels! Our location is second to none with East Finchley tube station straight across the road, bus stops directly outside the nursery and free on-site parking for staff.

Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, confident, reliable, and able to work as part of a team as well as showing initiative to be able to complete tasks alone. We are looking for both qualified (level 2 or above) and unqualified practitioners to deliver our bespoke curriculum, whilst building and maintaining excellent relationships with families.  We can offer lots of scope for development and variety by either working with several different age groups or specialising in one.  Children are currently split into 5 different age ranges (babies, tweenies, toddlers, younger pre-schoolers, and older pre-schoolers), not to forget our amazing Forest School, which all the children aged 3 and over can access.  Whether you are happy singing lullabies and reading stories to babies or prefer doing science experiments and going crazy in the mud kitchen with our pre-schoolers, we have a role for you.
