Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building safe, secure and enabling relationships with all children
- Planning, observing and assessing your key children
- Providing a safe, stimulating and engaging environment for all children
- Bringing an enthusiastic, motivational and positive approach to
your role
- Celebrating diversity within the nursery and working together to
provide Outstanding care and education
- Creating a supportive professional partnership with all families
allowing children to reach their full potential
- Working as a member of the team to provide a safe, caring &
stimulating environment in line with the EYFS
- Providing a wide range of activities for children and babies
- Ensuring all records on paper & tablets are kept up to date
- Maintaining the high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
- Keeping up to date with any training and regularly reviewing the
nursery polices
- Carrying out any other duties requested by the nursery/deputy manager
Requirements or Skills:
- A valid Level 3 Early Years Qualification is essential
- Experience in an Early Years setting is desirable
- A caring nature
- Can be a positive role model to the children within your care
- Good communication skills
- An ability to adapt to change and willingness to contribute and be
part of a busy team
