We are looking for Experienced Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educators to join the team at The Chapel Nursery, Dartford, DA1 3PY.
This is a full time post for 30-40 hours a week between the hours of 7:30am-6:30pm, all year through. We will not accept term time only candidates
The successful applicant must have experience working within Early Years and hold strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and enthusiastic worker, who confidently role models and has promotes and excellent team ethic by supporting other members to enhance performance and outcomes for the children. The right person must have a positive 'can do' attitude and take a proactive approach to contributing ideas and suggestions to the setting, supporting the management team to strive for outstanding practice.
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS is essential, as you will be responsile for recording observations, assesments and progress, planning next steps and individual learning plans for key children. Keeping records up to date and compliance with EYFS requirements. You must communicate competently, enabling you to develop and maintain positive relationships with all colleagues, parents and children at the setting.
