Pennies Day Nurseries at Mark Cross require a Playworker / After School Club Practitioner

This role is full time, 37.5hrs a week worked over 5 days

During Term Time the hours are 10.15am to 6.30pm and the responsibilities are to spend time in the nursery rooms, covering staff lunches, collecting the school children from school and walking them back to the nursery for the after school club. Then supervising, organising activities for the children during their time in after school club.

During the school holidays this role would be based solely in the holiday club, the hours change to 4 full days, working hours are 7.20am to 17.20pm or 8.30am to 18.30pm (shifts). You would be required to assist with planning the holiday club days.

A Playworker qualification is desirable but not essential. Experience working with children is essential. Driving Licence essential.

Training for a Playworker Level 3 would be offered to the ideal candidate who would be willing to study for their Level 3.

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
