As a successful and growing local enterprise, we are committed to providing a calm, caring, safe and stimulating environment in which to learn – and we pride ourselves on recruiting and developing a highly qualified, trained and skilled team to make this possible.

You’ll also play an active role in the senior management team, help to induct, train, coach, mentor and supervise Nursery Practitioners, and ensure that high standards of care and education are maintained at all times.
In return, you can expect an industry-leading salary, plus excellent benefits including pension, staff discounts and subsidised gym membership. We recognise, value and reward individual achievement and encourage staff to develop their skills by studying for higher level qualifications.
Whether you’re looking to build on your nursery career, move from a related role, or refresh your skills if you’ve formerly worked in an early-years setting, we can offer excellent training, tailored to your needs, plus full support for personal progression and development.
