Essential for the role:

A highly motivated manager, full of energy to drive a fun learning environment for the children and team

Be proficient in supporting the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.

Confident in leading, guiding and supporting a small team.

To be self motivated, able to work as part of a team as well as being able to use own initiative

To maintain high standards throughout the nursery, reading and implementing all policies and procedures at all times.

To encourage child development through effective, age appropriate activities and play following the EYFS.

To ensure daily routines are adhered to and are appropriate to the children’s age and stage of development. To be able to adapt routines when needed.

Flexibility in working for the needs of the business.
