Key Steps Day Nursery in Cirencester is open 51 weeks of the year and focuses on the needs of the individual child. We do in the moment planning and our large open plan rooms allow the children to independently develop at their own pace. The nursery has a very friendly and calm atmosphere, and all the toys and resources allow children to explore and nurture their natural curiosity.
Our ideal candidate will be proactive and think outside the box to ensure children and babies are given the very best care and education every day. You will highlight children’s interests and offer experiences to further enhance these interests whilst nurturing key areas of development. Working in a team of like-minded individuals the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a can do attitude.
As part of the package you will receive a minimum of 29 days holiday including bank holidays. The longer you work with us the more holiday you get!!
This is an all year round position, working 40 hours a week over 4 days. The position would ideally suit someone who has lots of energy and a motivated bubbly personality. A full and relevant level 2 or 3 qualification is essential.
