What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a nursery setting
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
  • Passionate about early years education with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in a senior or leadership role (preferred but not essential)

What We Offer:

  • A supportive and friendly team environment
  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities
  • Competitive salary & benefits
  • A well-established and respected nursery group where you can make a real impact

If you’re ready to step into an exciting leadership role and be part of a team that truly values high-quality childcare, we’d love to hear from you!
