Deputy Room Supervisor - Preschool room

Whilst working in the room, to oversee the team’s consistency towards Jigsaws policies, procedures, caring and teaching within the session.

To support other Room Managers and Operations Manager in providing high quality education and care for all children in a safe environment aged 36 months to preschool

To assist other Room Managers and Operations Manager in implementing Jigsaws policies, practices, and ethos

To assist other Room Managers and Operations Manager in directing, supporting, and modelling good practice to the practitioners in your team during each of the sessions, oversee and deploy staff correctly during sessions guided by the other Room Managers and Operations Manager.

To update skills and knowledge on all aspects of pedagogy and to report back all aspects this will affect planning, resources, and equipment to other Room Managers and Operations Manager
