The Nursery Setting
Adventure Learning is a private day nursery located in the heart of Langley whose ethos is for children to Learn, Play and Explore. We have been in operation for 10 years to provide a stimulating play environment for children aged 3 to 5 years. The nursery has the Explorers Room (children aged 2-3 years) and the Inventors Room (children aged 3-5 years), a large, bright, outdoor garden that children love playing in, complete with a large sandpit, mud kitchen and vegetable patch. Our staff tell us how much they love working in our purpose-built setting and outdoor space. We have free-parking and are easily accessible from Langley train station and the M4. We have a bus stop directly outside the nursery.
Adventure Learning is a family run business, managed by a highly qualified full-time nursery and deputy managers. The nursery has a small staff team of approximately six other staff at varying levels - Level 3, Level 2 and Nursery Apprentices. We also have a dedicated Nursery Chef.
The Role
We are looking for an Early Years Practitioner for our Inventors Room for children aged 2-3 years. You will be supported by two other staff members in the room, a Level 2 and an Apprentice. An individual who has excellent knowledge and experience of delivering the EYFS is essential, including good written and verbal communication skills and be a strong, flexible and reliable team-player will be suited to the role. Enthusiasm and a desire to work with children is a must.
The position is Full Time or Part Time, Monday to Friday, on a shift basis 8am to 6pm, all year round.
Salary: Is dependent on skills and years of experience.

We provide staff with 28 days annual leave each year (a week off at Christmas) and with rewards such as a recent team day-trip, to Paris and termly social evenings. Staff are also given an allowance towards uniforms.
