Position: Montessori Teacher
Location: Hounslow
Salary: £15 an hour Term Time.
Hours: 40 hours per week

This is a term time postion/ Full Time Role 

At Little Munchins Montessori Nursery, we embrace the Montessori philosophy to create a nurturing and engaging environment for children aged 2-4 years. We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our Sunlight Room team. Please note, this is a full time, all year round role and not term time only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Stimulating and purposeful experiences, environment, and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
• understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met.
• Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery and promote these daily in every routine.
• Undertake any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, and the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
• Maintain strictly professional relationships and report any complaints or concerns to management in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Facilitate a strong key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments and cover all children daily when colleagues are absent.
• Attend regular team meetings to ensure that you remain updated on key priorities, changes, developments and regularly review company policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Full and relevant Montessori qualification (essential)
• Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English (essential)
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Early Years (desirable)
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the EYFS statutory framework and regulatory requirements (desirable)
