Headstart on the Hill are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and outgoing Bank Early Years Practitioner to join their ever growing team.

• Have extensive safeguarding knowledge.
• Sound knowledge of The Early Years foundation stage and In the moment planning. 

Main Duties will include...

• Working as part of a fast paced team and communicating at high levels.
• Providing a caring and stimulating environment that meets the needs of individual children.
• Complete observation's based on in the moment planning.
• Track children's development and use online systems to record.
• Ensure observing and following safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
• Build relationships with parents and families.

Bank staff are to cover staff sickness and holidays, and have the flexibility to work between 7:30 and 18:00 Monday to Friday.
