BANK STAFF - CULCHETH NURSERY
Due to our nursery expanding, we have fantastic opportunities for
Bank Staff Assistant Early Years Practitioners to join our setting in
Culcheth. You will be joining an experienced staff team which is able
to support future career development and enhance your own personal
development.
We are looking for individuals who have the
ability to work as part of a team to deliver outstanding results for
children. Some knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with
children is preferable, but not essential, as training will be given
to the successful candidates.
Bank staff are required to cover
staff sickness, staff leave, training, and must be flexible to cover a
variety of shifts, between 8am-6pm.
We are open Monday to
Friday, so please state which days that you would be available to work
within the week.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Strong
communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with
children, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, creativity, and
a passion for working with young children
• To ensure the
children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating
environment.
• To work with all age groups, and cover in
different rooms as required.
• To act as a key person to a
child and family, where normal key person is absent.
• To
follow and implement all of the policies and procedures set out by the nursery.

The following is preferable:
• Childcare experience is preferable, but training will be
provided.
