Early Years Practitioner

To work as part of a busy and committed team whose focus is to provide high quality childcare to children aged 3 months up to 11 years, 11 months.

To plan and implement meaningful activities between the working hours of 7.30 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.

To foster excellent working relationships with families and their children

To be committed to continuing professional development

'To provide rich and enabling environments so that children are empowered from an early age to set their own agenda, to become whoever and whatever they want to be'

To understand nursery policies and procedures, to implement them effectively

To work within the National Minimum Standards for Childcare in Wales, as set out by CIW

To participate in school runs
