ROOM MANAGER

Room Manager - Early Years Level 3 or above - £27,000-£28,000 PA

Buttercup Montessori Kindergarten are currently looking to recruit a caring and professional Room Manager to join our Management Team.

The successful applicant will be qualified level 3 or above in Early Years, demonstrate a clear understanding and confident approach to their role with a strong ability to communicate well at all levels whilst leading a super dedicated team of Early Years Practitioners. Our Room Managers actively promote and support the safeguarding of children within the setting, ensuring nursery policies and procedures are observed at all times. Full training will be given in this area.

You must:

• Hold a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification or above
• Have a genuine passion to work with children
• Be a positive role model
• Have a strong EYFS knowledge
• Previous experience would be an advantage
