Your Role

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will:
 Lead with ambition, supporting the nursery team in delivering outstanding early years education.
 Encourage curiosity, creating a stimulating and engaging environment where young minds can flourish.
 Champion kindness, ensuring every child feels valued, safe, and supported in their learning journey.
 Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), prioritizing the safety and well-being of all children.
 Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them engaged in their child’s development.
 Assist in staff mentoring and professional development, helping colleagues grow and excel.

What We’re Looking For

  • qualified early years educator (minimum NNEB/NVQ Level 3) with a passion for working with young children.
  • Someone with leadership potential, ready to inspire and guide a dedicated nursery team.
  • A natural communicator who can build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • An organised and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-quality early years setting.
