Early Years Educator - Primary Key Carer

We are looking for qualified to a minimum level 3 only for this role. The candidate will need to have previous key carer experience and have a passion for working with the age range 0-3 years. Candidates will step into a dynamic, enthusiastic team that has a wealth of knowledge and experience that can support the development of current practice and extend the candidates continuous professional development further to the highest of standards. The Planning in the Moment approach will be adopted, full training will be provided ahead of stepping into the classroom.

The candidate will be responsible for a key group of children, supporting their individual needs and development whilst working in close partnership with the children's parents.
