Nursery Practitioner

First Steps Nursery are still searching for that perfect person to join their baby room, working with babies aged between 3 months to approximately 1 year or toddlers aged 1 -2.

We would like to hear from you if you –

• know all of the words to nursery rhymes
• don’t mind leaving work covered in flour, paint and a few food-covered handprints
• have an inherent love of children, childhood and child development, and the desire to make a difference in the lives of our future leaders
• are able to develop a bond and emotional trust that plays an important role in a baby’s development
• can see the value of allowing babies to explore their natural environment
• can create activities that are adapted to the children under your care
• have experience of working with this age group and hold a Level 3 qualification.
