Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members
- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery
- Assist with nappy changes and toilet training
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Follow all policies and procedures of the nursery

- Skills:
- - Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
- - Ability to drive positive behavior and manage challenging situations
- - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- - Ability to work well in a team environment
- - Leadership qualities to take charge when necessary
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English
- Qualification Requirements:
- EY teachers holding QTS including NQT Practitioners L2 & L3
