Oaklands Littlebrook Nursery is a warm, independent nursery that has been providing exceptional early years care since January 2017. Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Englefield Green, our setting boasts a spacious outdoor area, offering children a secure and stimulating environment where curiosity, play, and imagination thrive.

We are passionate about creating a nurturing space where every child is valued as an individual, supporting their growth and development from three months to five years old.

The Opportunity

We’re excited to be expanding our team and currently the below position available:

Level 2 Nursery Practitioner – Focus on Pre-School

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education, fostering a safe and enriching learning environment for the children in our care.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in childcare and early education
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
• A team player with a positive and nurturing approach
• Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education
• Ideally, a Paediatric First Aid certification
• Experience in outdoor play and learning activities
• Specific experience in Pre-School
