We are looking for an inspirational Kitchen Assistant to join our nursery at Wolverton Mill in Wolverton, Milton Keynes to help out with serving meals, preparing light meals and snacks, and tidying up following mealtimes. 

Role:

  • To support in the preparation and cooking of age appropriate food to high standards in a clean, tidy, safe, and pleasant environment.
  • To embrace, understand and promote Acorn and to understand the role of the team to provide high levels of care and education.
  • Work in cooperation and partnership with the nursery team and parents to encourage a healthy and nutritious diet

The role will be working 27.5 hours per week, working between 12.00 pm and 17.30 pm, Monday to Friday working all year round. 

Ideally you will have some kitchen experience, though no qualifications are needed.

Any catering qualification/experience would be desirable for the role.
