Early Years Practitioner

Skills / Qualifications:

• To provide learning experiences and routines which meet the requirements as detailed in the Early Years Foundation Stage framework; To have knowledge of this Framework
• including the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and to work within this framework at all times; To have knowledge of and work in accordance with the Policies and Procedures of Angels on The Park; To work in accordance with the Employee Code of Conduct; To work efficiently in the capacity of key person and key worker
• as defined by Angels on The Park; To plan learning experiences and routines for key children from their individual interests and to promote their holistic development; To observe and record key children’s progress using a variety of recordable methods
• and to ensure that planning reflects these observations; To keep accurate records of each key child’s development and progress in the form of development files and profiles;
