Position(s): Early Years Practitioner, Job Share (2 days/3 days split)
Salary: £25,440 - 25,970 per annum FTE (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Hours: Part-time positions available:
You will need a minimum Level 3 qualification (DfE Early Years Qualification Framework approved).
This is a year-round nursery role and is not term-time only.

**Responsibilities**
Plan, create, and implement engaging activities for children aged 3 months to 5 years
Keep detailed records of children's progress and reflect on learning practices
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers
Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene, following all child protection and safeguarding guidelines
Provide support and collaborate with fellow nursery staff
Ensure effective handover communication with job share partner
Maintain consistent approach to children's learning and development across shared days
**Requirements**
Full and Relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification (essential)
Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Assistant or similar)
Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the Early Years Framework
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a job share arrangement
