Nursery Nurse

Bumble-Bees Montessori is based on the ground floor of a large house in a residential area in Grange Park. A large garden secured by surrounding high walls provides for the main play area. The nursery has been designed with the children’s ease of use in mind, with low-lying furniture, shelves, and with child size wash and toilet facilities. 

Bumble-bees caters for up to twenty children per day, cared for and supervised by four teaching staff. All teachers are experienced in the Montessori Method of teaching. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team.

The Role:

• Provide high standards of quality within the nursery including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.

• Plan appropriately for children using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum for guidance.

• Ensure that children are kept safe and supervise at all times

• Be a Key Person carrying out all related responsibilities, i,e, planning and observing the children.

• Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.

• Work as a team with other staff members.
