Nursery Practitioner

We are recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to work within our well led nursery based in Chester City Centre, CH1. This role complements our growth and we are looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner who is passionate and wants to make a difference.

The role of Nursery Practitioner, Duties include but not limited to:

• To work with an ethos of respect and professionalism.
• Understand that each child is an individual and have sound knowledge of childcare.
• To take responsibility for each child's progress.
• Report on achievements and complete child development profiles on a weekly basis.
• Develop positive relationships with parents and guardians.
• Supervise children indoors and outdoors at all times.
• Ensure that environments are inviting and resource efficiently.
• Take responsibility for ensuring planning is child focussed.
• Be responsible for maintaining a stimulating and attractive nursery environment.
• Actively participate in nursery events such as parents evening & stay and play.
