  •  Full Time – 4 days, 38 hours per week.

About our Nursery

We are a small, 40 children, privately run Day Nursery, established over 15 years, with a good reputation of the first-class service we give to the children in our care. It is a lovely place to work with an established team of experienced Nursery Practitioners who really enjoy working with children. Our ethos is for it to be a happy, friendly team offering an environment for the nurturing of all children in our care, to give them the best.

What we’re looking for

We expect you to have the necessary experience and skills working with children and a team of Nursery Practitioners, some of them will be.

  •  Passion and enthusiasm to deliver high quality childcare
  • ·Good assessment and written skills.
  • · Ensure children’s observations are detailed, and reflect the children’s development and next steps.
  • · Have pleasure and satisfaction in planning observations and assessment.
  • · Make sure the children are always praised and encouraged with their development.
  • · Oversee and quality assure the work of others.
  • · Enthusiastically promote Excellence in every aspect of your role
  • · You will be one of the key players in achieving excellent outcomes with internal audits or external reviews such as Ofsted.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Childcare Level 3 is required
  • Experience working with children is essential
