Baby room Supervisor

We are a well established day nursery looking for someone with a positive attitude and warm nature to join us as a Room Leader for the Baby room children aged 3 months to 2 years

The ideal candidate must hold a relevant early years qualification (Level 3 or higher) and have experience running a successful room before. We love our room leaders to take ownership of their own rooms; we want someone who has a clear vision for their room and who is able to motivate their team to achieve this. We are looking for a candidate with strong knowledge on safeguarding, EYFS and child development.  Refresher training will be provided however as this is a Room Leader role we do expect the successful candidate to have this knowledge prior to application.
