Room Leader/Assistant Manager

As part of the succession planning within the company, Little G's Preschool are looking for a Room Leader that has aspirations to progress.  Subject to performance and proving themselves, the candidate could progress positively within the company.

You will be on ratio leading a team of well motivated and long established practitioners and very much part of the team.  You will assist both the Director, Manager and work closely with the other Room Leader within the business.

Your knowledge of the sector will be of a high level and you will have a thorough understanding of how a nursery and pre-school should operate on a day to basis.  Your skills and knowlege will add value to the operation as a whole.  You will have the opporutnity to be involved in decision making.
