Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily
operations and ensuring efficient workflow
-Should have profound
knowledge of EYFS
- Train and educate teachers guide them on
company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor
employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
-Must at all times ensure the safety, care , welfare and happiness of the children at the nursery.
-Must ensure all children have access to resources, equipment, activities and learning opportunities at all times.
-Must be able to work with the team
Requirements:
Strong Leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in the classroom
As a Deput Manager you will play a crucial role in managing the nursery in the Manager's absence
