Acorn Nursery in Brafield-on-the-Green, Northamptonshire, is seeking an inspirational Room Leader (Senior) with a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years, with Level 6 or graduate qualifications desirable. This full-time role involves leading the Oaks room for 3-4-year-olds, ensuring high standards of care, learning, and development in line with the EYFS framework.
The nursery, established in 1997, offers a warm, child-centered environment with exceptional outdoor learning opportunities, including Forest School sessions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about outdoor learning and creative play, with experience in Early Years education, a strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures, and previous leadership experience in a preschool setting being advantageous. The position requires flexibility for early (from 7:15 am) and late shifts (until 6:15 pm).
