We have a very exciting opportunity at our busy setting, located in the middle of Bicester, for a new Nursery Educator. We are looking for a person who is able to inspire the next generation of children, helping them to meet their milestones, while providing a supportive and caring environment.

The nursery provides a home from home environment for the children in our care and we are lucky to have a spacious garden, and the use of Garth Park, for lots out outdoor learning to take place.

No two days are the same, and we pride ourselves on the range of different exciting activities and experiences that we provide for the children (from learning all about frogs one week too performing Chinese dancing the next).

We can be flexible with the hours for the right candidate, looking to fill both full time and part time vacancies.

Our part time hours can vary but our full time hours are Monday to Friday 9 hours days between the hours of 8am-6pm. We are also able to discuss other flexible hours.

The role will involve:
Develop good relationships with the children and families in our care.

Helping the children develop, following the Early Years Foundation Stage and Nursery curriculum.

Supporting the staff team to build an enriching and stimulating environment for the children to support their development.

Delivering exciting activities and opportunities for the children and having a can-do attitude.

Carrying out paperwork to support the children’s learning and ensuring health and safety and safeguarding is always met.
