Room based Deputy Nursery Manager - Maternity Cover

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Room Based Deputy Nursery Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As the Deputy Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes the development and well-being of all children in our care in the absence of the Nursery Manager. As a room based Deputy this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Nursery Practitioner, current 3rd In Charge or Deputy looking to step up their career. This post is to cover maternity leave for up to 1 year starting from late April/early May 2025.

We provide high-quality care and education for 29 children aged between 3 months and 5 years old and operate for 51 weeks per year. Our opening times are from 8am to 6pm.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Level 3 Childcare Qualification
• Enhanced DBS check
• Two Satisfactory References
