Your Duties:
- We invite a friendly, spirited individual to join our Leatherhead
Nursery as a Lunchtime Assistant.
- In this pivotal role, you'll cover the hours between approximately
10am and 3pm
- Your role involves delivering exceptional care that supports each
child's development and individual needs.
- With a flexible approach, you'll fulfill lunchtime
responsibilities and provide vital support to local nurseries.
- By creating enriching environments filled with engaging
activities, you'll foster indoor and outdoor growth.
- Guided by British Values embedded in Core Advantage, LEAP, and
Early Years Foundation Stage learning, you'll ensure a holistic
education experience. Safety remains paramount, as you'll adhere to
child protection and health and safety policies, safeguarding
children's well-being.

What we ideally require from you:
- Experience in early years education settings with 'Good or
Outstanding' inspection outcomes.
- Required - Level 2 or Above Qualification in Early Years
- Successful collaboration within nursery teams and effective communication.
- Record of ongoing training and professional qualifications.
- Proficiency in hygiene standards, room preparation, and decision-making.
- Experience in food preparation and relevant food management training.
- Familiarity with child protection and safeguarding policies.
- Motivated and deadline-driven, particularly in children's
record-keeping and assessment
