We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. If you have a love for nature, play-based learning, and want to make a real difference in children's lives, then we want to hear from you!

What we’re looking for:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above.
  • Passionate about outdoor learning and promoting physical activity.
  • Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A positive, patient, and caring attitude towards children and families.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and share your love for adventure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
  • Plan and deliver engaging outdoor activities, both in the garden areas and during forest school sessions.
  • Work closely with parents to keep them informed of their child's development and milestones.
  • Support children's emotional, social, and physical development in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Ensure children are always supervised and cared for with the utmost attention to their safety.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Must be level 3 or above
  • first aid preferred but we will provide for the right candidate
