We are looking for Level 3 qualified practitioners
First and foremost, you must love getting down and messy with
children - we want someone who truly knows what it is to
nurture and play at their level.
The team is a very close second – we need a great
person to deliver our unique program and join us on this journey to
change early years. We will support you with this and provide all the
tools needed. We are an outlet for creativity, always looking for the
next bright idea and people with a spark to make great things happen!
Parents are our third pillar. Our practitioners will
embody all that is together, immersing parents into our ethos, so that
they truly adopt our vision, love it, and support our unique approach
to childcare.
Our aim is to inspire the children, parents and each other. The
practitioner will work in partnership with their Head of Room to
ensure our engine runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis, making sure
all the children’s needs are being met.
Candidate Overview
- Have previous experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
- Be passionate about working with children and have a natural flair
for making people feel happy and at ease, bringing energy and enthusiasm.
- Be interested in creating inspiring and fun work and play environments.
- Love getting down and messy with children - we want someone who
truly knows what it is to nurture and play at their level.
- To deliver the magic we need awesome people - teachers,
practitioners, educators - who all have one thing in common: a
passion and responsibility for curating a child's learning
experience in the most formative years of their lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, fun, creative and immersive sessions to inspire
the future generation.
- Promote high standards of quality at all times, always pushing
boundaries to be better.
- Ensure all resources are in line with our ethos and approach to
Early Years Education.
- Ensure practice and provision in our classes meet the expectations
and requirements relevant to the class
- Manage children’s safety, & follow Safeguarding procedures.
- Interact with parents to instil confidence in our teaching
- Promote high standards of quality at all times, always pushing
boundaries to be better.
- Assist in the development, and training of the wider team on new
plans, materials and policies.
